Trapezius muscle

A large, diamondshaped muscle extending from the back of the skull to the lower part of the spine in the chest and across the width of the shoulders. It is attached to the top and back of the shoulderblade and to the outermost part of the collarbone. The trapezius helps support the neck and spine and is involved in moving the arm.
