Metoprolol

A cardioselective beta-blocker drug that is used to treat angina pectoris and hypertension and to relieve symptoms of hyperthyroidism. It is also given after a myocardial infarction to reduce the risk of further damage to the heart. Adverse effects of metoprolol include lethargy, cold hands and feet, nightmares, and rash.
