Dapsone

An antibacterial drug used to treat Hansen’s disease (leprosy) and dermatitis herpetiformis. Combined with pyrimethamine, dapsone is also used to prevent malaria. Dapsone may cause nausea, vomiting, and, rarely, damage to the liver, red blood cells, and nerves.
